Well, I made it through the most intense public event in the U.S. Comic-Con San Diego. Now I am so happy to be heading back home.
Don't get me wrong, it's a very fun event. It's just that it takes a giant toll on me. Last time I went was in 2014. It took a big toll. At least this year I couldn't get Saturday tickets so I could sleep in that day.
Here's a rundown of the big panels I attended this week.
Marvel's Inhumans Panel: The Cast and creators of the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe TV show The Inhumans discussed the show and showed exclusive clips.
Stan Lee and Friends: I got to see THE Stan Lee IN PERSON. He is real! And I saw him!
Marvel's The Defenders: The creators and cast of the upcoming Netflix Marvel crossover show The Defenders and we got an advance screening of the entire first episode.
Doctor Who: Peter Capaldi, Stephen Moffat, and the cast of the last season come out for a final farewell and to promote the upcoming Christmas special. First time I have ever seen a Doctor Who Doctor in person.
I need to get my shit together. Once I have this comic stuff completed and out in the open, i can get invited to that place and not wake up at 6 to get tickets.

An Announcement (April Fools)
I feel that I should let you all know now that after months of careful consideration, I will be retiring from comic making. I thank you for all your support throughout the years, but I am moving onto my brand new business venture. It’s a table restaraunt where every table has its own drink dispenser. I’ve already gained a good amount of money for the business through selling the rights to Emily and Flippy to World Wrestling Entertainment Inc., and getting hit by that’s tractor. But I still need investors. All I need each of you to do is send me about $10,000 in unmarked paper sized envelopes. You don’t need an address. Just toss them into a gutter anywhere between Santa Rosa and Monterey California, and it will get to me. Of course if that fails, I still have my back-up plan. Airplanes with glass floors. Don’t you wish you could see what’s directly below you on an airplane flight? It is my hope that in a few years we (but mostly me) will become very rich from this. P.S. If you can

We all live in a world built on magical thinking and convinient delusion, while reality is eating away at us until there is inevitably nothing left but blackness. And it’s turned me into a selfish and egotistical person who deceives himself everyday in order to live, and who can’t feel long term happiness without anti-depressants or Melatonin tablets, or without drinking at least two glasses of rum and sprite. Please help me.
Regarding The L-Ementals
I know that some of you are still anxiously wondering when Chapter 4 will be posted. Be assured that I am working on the chapter, but I am yet to find a time when I can spend hours in front of my computer plunging myself into deep thought over writing it and getting back into the groove of it. Also, I have less of a solid idea of what this chapter would mostly be, when compared to the previous ones. The one thing I am absolutely terrified of doing with this is writing myself into a corner. In all likelihood, chapter 4 would probably mostly be about the siblings trying to adjust to living in the house with their new bodies and abilities. So please, spare me all your comments and notes regarding the timeframe of any future chapters.

I went to my first convention in September. DragonCon 2017! It was a blast. It's a shame that I was not prepared for the "convention plague" that followed. Next time, I am taking Airborne to the con.
